movement in old age
Giving joy can be so easy. Especially in the third phase of life, social contacts are more important than ever to protect against loneliness. A simple walk with neighbors or interacting with animals can be simple but very effective ways to prevent this and increase your sense of well-being.
More body awareness through extraordinary sports projects
Animals have long been used to support educational and therapeutic helpers. Recently also llamas. They fascinate with their large, dark eyes, their cozy fur and their dignified gait. They are gentle, friendly, open-minded, sensitive, social and even allergy-friendly. Since they are very sure-footed, they also make their hiking partner feel good. This is a wonderful synergy effect, especially for older people. Llamas encourage exercise. This is how best agers are lured out of their comfort zone.
mobility and participation
"Who rests, rusts"
Grandma said that before. And she's right. Til today. And forever. Always keep moving - this is as simple as it is effective to prevent illness and keep your body and mind healthy. The best way to do this is in the fresh air and in the great outdoors. True to the motto: there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing :)

We offer individual training programs that are tailored to your personal fitness level. Mobility and participation as well as social contacts are of great importance, especially in the second phase of life. This maintains and promotes performance and health.
We are always open to suggestions, suggestions or requests. Through cooperation with other clubs or institutions, we create individual exercise offers on site. Together we will find the right club or sport in your area. Staying moving together is fun. Social contacts are promoted automatically and as if by themselves.
